I Guest Hosted for Roger Stone

Here's what I learned

I have the great blessing of having the last name Stone. Back in December, I went with Ann Vandersteel to the Brighteon Studio to do some media work. In preparation for recording the Zelenko Report the day before we recorded, Ann said to me, “Alex, who do you want to do this show with?” I immediately responded with, “Roger Stone!” Roger is one of the greatest political masterminds in US history and I wanted to meet him and pick his brain. Ann texted Roger and agreed to join the show the next day.

The next day when Roger joined the show, Ann introduced me to Roger and he immediately picked up on the fact that my last name is Stone. Roger said, “Ann, I want to congratulate you on selecting my nephew Alex to be a fellow.” From there on out, we have had a running joke that I am Roger’s adopted nephew. I was able to meet Roger in person for the first time later that month at the ReAwaken America Tour in Nashville. In May, I was able to meet Roger again at Trump Doral for the ReAwaken Tour. I texted Roger while I was in the media room and asked him if he would like to come do an interview. A couple of hours later, Roger walked into the building with his whole security team, made a B-line to the media room and a bunch of independent podcasters swarmed him. He stopped and said, “I am doing an interview with Alex Stone because he is my nephew.”
